Cancellation Fees

If Roads of Crete cancels a tour for internal reasons, this will occur at least 30 days before the tour start date. All payments made will be fully refunded.

If the customer cancels:

Days before                                                               tour Cancellation fee
More than 60 days                                                 50% of deposit
60–30 days                                                               50% of total tour price
29–15 days                                                                75% of total tour price
Less than 15 days                                                    100% of total tour price

No-show:
If the customer does not appear on departure day, 100% of the tour price may be retained.

Force Majeure

Force majeure includes events beyond our control such as war, strikes, technical transport issues, airport closures, terrorism, natural disasters, fires, floods, theft, or severe weather conditions.

In such cases, no refunds or compensation can be claimed. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
The EU consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to this product.
